Farmington Memorial Day MURPH and BBQ is a great way for people to be active, have fun, and relax. A MURPH is a 1 mile run that includes 100 pullups and 200 pushups. 300 squats are followed by a 1-mile run to honor the sacrifices soldiers made for our freedom.
There will be plenty to eat and games for everyone after you have completed the training.

The Mt. The Holland, MI Pisgah Walk or Run/Paddle for Memorial Day is an outdoor, active family celebration. This event is for paddle sports enthusiasts.
The participants will paddle 1.5 miles, then run or walk 1 mile to continue paddling another 1.5 miles. The event begins in Lake Michigan and ends at the summit of Mt. Pisgah ends exactly where you started. In honor of our Veterans, there will be a pancake breakfast on the beach after the last paddle.
PRO-TIP Holland, MI is a top Michigan destination with a beautiful state park, and the iconic Lake Michigan lighthouse. While you are in Holland, make sure to visit the “Big Red”, lighthouse. Take your camera.
